1. We send the goods to you at the Zasilkovna branch of your choice.

2. Delivery to your chosen Zasilkovna branch takes 4-6 WORKING days from the delivery of the shipment.

3. Once we hand over the goods to the carrier, you will receive an email with the package number.

4. You will also be informed by SMS about the storage of the shipment at the branch of your choice.
