Instruction on the right to withdraw from the purchase contract/exchange of goods/complaints

(hereafter referred to as "instructions")

1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason/exchange of UNUSED and UNWORN goods/complaint within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment and to send the goods back to the seller within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. The time indicator in this case is the carrier's date stamp (receipt).

Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, the seller will send the amount for the goods to the buyer's account specified in the "sample form for withdrawal from the contract/exchange of goods/complaint".

1.2. For the purpose of exercising the right to withdraw from the purchase contract/exchange of goods/complaint, the customer is obliged to fill out the "model form for withdrawal from the purchase contract/exchange of goods/complaint" (hereinafter referred to as the "form") and send it signed together with the goods to the seller's address given in the form or electronically to the address asiise.store@gmail.com .

1.3. Returned goods must be undamaged, unworn and resaleable. This fact will be assessed by the seller himself, who knows exactly in what condition the goods were sent.

1.4. The price for the goods will be returned by the seller without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery/acceptance of the complete shipment , i.e. the goods in their original condition together with the form.

1.5. For refunds, the seller is entitled to use the same means of payment that was used for the initial transaction, unless the customer specifies otherwise in the attached form. In the case of a cash on delivery purchase, the seller will send the amount for the goods to the buyer's account specified in the attached form.

1.6. The costs associated with withdrawal from the purchase contract/return and exchange of goods/complaints are borne in full by the customer. In this case, goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted and withdrawal from the contract/return and exchange of goods/complaints will not be accepted. The shipping fee is non-refundable.

1.7. The seller reserves any future change in this instruction.
